LaserSpa of Tampa Bay is an aesthetic and wellness facility located in Tarpon Springs. Originally established in 2001, we have been expanding to meet our client’s needs ever since. Our early clients have known us as Essentially Bare Hair Removal & Skin Care, but we changed our name in 2007 to signify the growth that has taken place.

The company started as a hair removal facility only. After listening to the needs of our client’s, we expanded our offerings and changed our location to facilitate the growth. From our original offering of hair removal only, we transitioned into skin rejuvenation and aesthetic care, as well as many other laser therapies. As our client’s needs changed and grew we continued to update our equipment and staff to stay in the forefront of the industry.

We combine our experience and knowledge in laser care with the skills of our clinical aestheticism to achieve great results.

The technological advances have allowed us to treat patient’s of all skin types with multiple conditions. When hair removal by light energy is not possible we have a licensed electrologist on staff. Unlike many facilities we also use cold laser therapies for the well being of our client’s.

LaserSpa of Tampa Bay was formed by Dr. Barbara Frangos, DC. After years of healing people in chiropractic care, Dr. Frangos recognized the need for aesthetic wellness in the community.

Dr. Frangos began training in laser and pulsed light treatments and theories to open her own practice.

After opening her practice she has worked to expand her knowledge as well as her business. She is proficient and trained in Diode, Alexandrite and YAG laser technology, as well as low level lasers and intense pulsed light technology and physiologic therapeutics in cold laser therapy.
